Rob Van Dam and Evan Bourne were both attacked prior to the elimination chamber match up, thus denying both men the chance to become ECW Champion. "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, who will guest host ECW this week, booked an additional match for Superstars in six days: Chris Jericho will defend the ECW title against both Evan Bourne and RVD in the main event!!
DH Smith turned on his long time friend Tyson Kidd at No Way Out, costing him the US title as a result. There is no word if Tyson Kidd will be at ECW this week as a result of that attack.
The team of Shawn Michaels and John Morrison imploded after failing to win the tag team championships. The Million Dollar Man broke up the fighting to announce that the two men would square off in a street fight on ECW this Tuesday to settle their problems.

There are rumors in the ECW locker room that an FCW talent will be called up to the main roster within the next few weeks. No names have been released as of yet, but the word is that if this superstar is brought up to the main roster, there will be a lot of media exposure as his wife is a academy award winning actress and singer.
The Million Dollar Man will be the guest host for this week's ECW show, and has already announced a match for the card: The Rated R Superstar Edge will team up with Matt Hardy to take on CM Punk and Chris Jericho.
There are unconfirmed reports that Booker T has been in talks with ECW. The WWE board of directors would neither confirm or deny this rumor.
While Tazz is no longer the general manager of ECW, he is still expected to be in attendance for No Way Out to call the pay per view alongside Jim Ross.

Tonight WWESU hosted not one, but TWO Elimination Chamber matches: One to determine the ECW Champion, and one to see which superstar from Raw would compete on the grandest stage of them all in the main event for the WWE Championship!!
Michelle McCool and Mickie James battled for the WWE Women's title. Which one of these beautiful divas walked away with the gold? Bella Inc got their final chance at the Diva's Championship as they faced newcomer Je Ne Sai Quio and Melina. Were the twins successful, or were their championship dreams shattered by the rookie?
Cody Rhodes defended the United States Championship against the Hart Dynasty's Tyson Kidd. Cody may have been born better, but was he enough to defeat "better than the best. Period"?? Also, in what was being dubbed a "fight", MVP and Batista battle for IC gold. Who survived? Who walked away with gold, and who went home empty handed?
Was the team of Shawn Michaels and John Morrison able to wrestle the tag team titles away from The Cartel, or were the problems between them too much for them to overcome?
