On Raw this past Monday, Shawn Michaels announced his intention to hold Wargames at Judgment Day. Following suit, Smackdown general manager JBL announced that he, too, would have Wargames at Judgment Day. JBL revealed that it would be "Team Edge" vs "Team Jericho", as well as "Team Hardy" vs "Team Finlay", though the members of those teams were not revealed.

  

In the coming days we will have more information on the Wargames matches for both Raw and Smackdown, what Cyber Sunday's involvement will be in Judgment Day, and the members of the teams will be revealed as well.

   

In other news, after winning a 6 man elimination match on Smackdown, the big red machine Kane is the new #1 contender to the World Heavyweight Championship. He will now face CM Punk at Judgment Day in an inferno match. The conditions are: if Kane does not win the championship, he will be forced to join the Straight Edge Society and accept CM Punk has his savior by taking the pledge!
