In their final confrontation, CM Punk battles Matt Hardy in a 2 out of 3 falls match to determine which of them is going to participate in the infamous Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania. The first fall will be contested under extreme rules, the second will be a first blood match, and the third, if necessary, will be a last man standing match.

  

Also on the show will be "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels taking on "Mr. Perfection" Dolph Zigger in another match to see which of them will qualify for Money in the Bank. "The Powerhouse" Ryan Powers will team with his wife, Je Ne Sai Quio to take on the team of John Morrison and Melina in a mixed tag team contest.
